Uyini umehluko phakathi kwe-ACR-401 nezinye izithasiselo ze-PVC?

 

I-ACR-401, njengosizo lokucubungula i-PVC, inomehluko oyinhloko ekubekweni kokusebenza, isakhiwo sama-molecule, kanye nezimo zokusetshenziswa. Ukuqhathanisa okuqondile kungokulandelayo:

1. Umehluko ekubekweni kokusebenza

I-ACR-401: Yakhelwe ngqo ukuqinisa ukuncibilika, yakha amaphuzu okuxhumanisa ngokomzimba ngesakhiwo segobolondo eliyinhloko (igobolondo eliqinile/elithambile), okwandisa amandla okuncibilika ngo-300%, okulungele kakhulu imikhiqizo ye-foam (njengamabhodi e-foam).

I-ACR-201: Ukugxila ekukhuthazeni ukwenziwa kwepulasitiki, ukunciphisa isikhathi sokuncibilika kwe-PVC ngemizuzwana engama-40-60, kufanelekile ezimweni eziyisisekelo zokucubungula njengamapayipi aqinile namaphrofayili.

I-ACR-530: Ukulinganisela ukuthambisa kanye nokufakelwa kwepulasitiki, ukuhlanganisa amaqembu e-stearic acid kunganciphisa i-torque ngo-15-20% futhi kuxazulule inkinga yokuwa kwekhanda lesikhunta.

2. Izici zesakhiwo sama-molecule

I-ACR-401: Ukwamukela isakhiwo segobolondo eliyinhloko se-methyl methacrylate (MMA) kanye ne-acrylic ester copolymer, enomgogodla oqinile ohlinzeka ngamaphuzu okuxhumanisa kanye negobolondo elithambile elithuthukisa ukuqina kokuncibilika.

Izithasiselo ze-MBS: nge-styrene butadiene njengengqikithi kanye ne-methyl methacrylate njengegobolondo, egxile ekukhanyeni nasekumelaneni nomthelela, kodwa ngokumelana nesimo sezulu okubi.

Izithasiselo zohlobo lwe-CPE: Isakhiwo se-polyethylene esine-chlorine, esithuthukisa ukuqina ngokufaka ipulasitiki, kodwa singanciphisa kalula amandla okuncibilika.

3. Umehluko kumapharamitha obuchwepheshe

I-viscosity yangaphakathi: I-ACR-401 ingu-2.0-5.0, iphakeme kune-ACR-201 (2.0-3.0), ekhombisa izici zayo eziphakeme zesisindo sama-molecule.
